Installation Technician – Agricultural Equipment

Norwell Dairy Systems Ltd. is looking for a practical, hands-on individual to join our installation team. If you enjoy working with tools, solving problems, being around farms, and seeing the results of a positive day’s work, this could be a great fit.

Agricultural or mechanical experience is an asset, but it is not required. We are looking for someone with a solid work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take initiative.

What We Offer
Three weeks of vacation to start
Competitive pay starting at $55,000 per year
RRSP/retirement program
Prospects to learn new skills and take on greater responsibility
A respectful workplace that values your contributions
Leadership that understands the importance of family and personal time
Employee appreciation events for the whole family
A varied work environment where no two projects are the same

What You’ll Do
Install agricultural and dairy equipment on farms
Work with tools, equipment, and machinery
Read instructions, measurements, and equipment layouts
Troubleshoot challenges and find practical solutions
Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and other trades

Keep jobsites safe, clean, and organized
Participate in after-hours service rotation once adequately trained
Take on other responsibilities as your skills and experience grow

What We’re Looking For
A strong work ethic and pride in doing a job properly
A practical, hands-on mindset
Mechanical ability or an interest in learning
The ability to see what needs to be done and take initiative
Dependability and a willingness to be part of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Comfort working in agricultural and farm environments
A willingness to learn about new equipment, products, and processes

Experience with agriculture, dairy farms, construction, welding, equipment installation, mechanical work, or the skilled trades would be helpful—but attitude, dependability, and a willingness to learn are just as key.

If you enjoy hands-on work and want to build a career in the agricultural industry, we would be happy to hear from you
