Esquimalt Return-It Depot is a small business in Esquimalt. We are rapid-paced and customer-centric. We have part time positions available. Wage will go up after 3 months depending on skill and work ethic.

Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and qualified manner
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-return (POR) system
Handle cash, count bottle returns accurately
Maintain a clean and organized point of return area
Assist customers with questions and guide them to correct areas
Utilize effective communication to simplify return process for customers
Keep busy during downtime, maintaining cleanliness
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or directing calls
Skills:
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced workplace
Knowledge of POR systems and cash handling procedures
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
Ability to effectively communicate what is acceptable for drop off and where it goes.
