Previous dental clinic experience is an asset
ClearDent experience is preferred.

Duties
Answer telephone calls from current and existing patients.
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care.




Answer basic dental-related questions and provide information to patients.
Process paper and electronic insurance claims and coverage information.
Maintain accurate and organized patient appointment details.
Coordinate emergency and routine care concerns with the dental team.
Assist patients with understanding treatment plans and general dental procedures.
