Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling various components, working with hand and power tools, and interpreting production drawings and layouts. The ideal candidate will have experience in cabinet assembly and general cabinet construction. No sanding or finishing experience required.

Responsibilities
Prepare, assemble, and laminate cabinet and cabinet related components according to detailed drawings and work instructions.
Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks efficiently and accurately
Complete final assembly of cabinetry once available from the Finishing department
Ensure all assembled parts meet quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications

Qualifications
Proven experience in assembly and woodworking environments




Ability to read production drawings and machining layouts effectively
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and table saws
Knowledge of cabinet assembly: general cabinet, drawer box, and door assembly and applicable hardware
Experience with laminating and veneering cabinet components where applicable
Solid attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods

This position is ideal for individuals who have cabinet assembly experience. This position does not require sanding, staining, or painting experience. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
