Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items such as bread and pastries.
Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste
Operate kitchen equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
Package finished products for display or delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and fulfilling orders

Experience:
Previous experience in a food handling or kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of baking techniques and cake decorating is a plus
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-oriented workplace
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Skills:
Proficient in various aspects of bakery operations, including mixing, baking, and finishing techniques




Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
