Duties
Assist bakers with food preparation, including measuring ingredients and mixing batter or dough
Decorate cakes and baked goods with precision and creativity to meet customer specifications
Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures
Package baked items efficiently for display or takeout orders, ensuring freshness and presentation
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, baking equipment, and storage areas throughout shifts




Support the team in restocking supplies and organizing ingredients for smooth bakery operations
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by answering questions about products and assisting with selections

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and kitchen procedures is advantageous
Experience with cake decorating or baking techniques will be highly valued
Robust communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for delivering excellent customer service
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a busy setting
