Responsibilities
Transparent and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service during busy weekends
Assist servers by delivering clean dishes, utensils, and glassware promptly
Keep dining areas clean and organized by sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables regularly
Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnovers and guest needs
Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils as needed throughout shifts
Maintain a positive attitude while working in a high-energy workplace,

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and guests
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or moving chairs
Knowledge of food handling safety protocols is a plus
Experience in hospitality or hotel environments can be advantageous but is not mandatory
A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service
