About the Role Volkswagen of Windsor is seeking a highly motivated, full-time Automotive Parts Counter Representative. This role is essential to our busy operations, requiring a team player with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist retail, wholesale, and internal dealership customers with parts inquiries and purchases.
Deliver exceptional customer service, prioritizing honesty, transparency, and the client's needs.
Handle daily shipping and receiving of automotive parts and assist with inventory management.
Utilize dealership computer systems efficiently to look up, order, and track automotive parts.
Collaborate closely with the service technicians and sales team to ensure parts are available on time.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive parts or a similar rapid-paced customer service environment.
Strong computer proficiency and the ability to adapt to dealership software.
Valid Driver’s Licence (Required).




Excellent listening and communication skills.

Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (Final compensation package will be reviewed with the successful candidate).
Schedule: Full-time days, plus approximately one half-day Saturday per month.
