Overview
RPM Therapies is seeking a compassionate and qualified Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional massage services that promote sports and activity related recovery, relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our patients. This role offers an opportunity to work in a cooperative environment with physiotherapists and personal trainers. A strong understanding of medical terminology, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to customer service are essential for success in this position.

Duties
Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual patient needs, including deep tissue, and sports massage.
Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to ensure personalized care.
Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and client progress using the Jane electronic charting app.
Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained according to health standards.
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up sessions or wellness practices.




Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns professionally.
Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with on-site physiotherapist and personal trainers to provide a patient-centred experience for our patients.

Experience
Prior experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial for understanding client conditions and treatment plans.
Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Demonstrate ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a caring attitude.
Certification or licensing as required by provincial regulations is mandatory for practice.

Pay: $54.00-$90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 36.0 per week
