About the Role

Alberta Spur Hauling is hiring Hotshot Drivers to operate F-550 trucks with gooseneck trailers for urgent deliveries across Alberta. We haul containers, oil & gas equipment, construction materials, agriculture freight, and general cargo.

What You’ll Do
Safely haul loads throughout Alberta
Load, secure, and deliver equipment and materials
Complete trip logs, photos, and paperwork
Pre-trip/post-trip inspections + basic maintenance
Communicate with dispatch and customers

Requirements
Class 5 or higher
Clean driver’s abstract
Towing/load securement experience




Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
Solid communication and customer service

Assets: Oilfield tickets (H2S, First Aid), hotshot experience, knowledge of Hours of Service & NSC compliance

Safety & Compliance
Full NSC safety program
HOS compliance required
CVIP standard equipment
PPE and secure-work procedures mandatory

Pay & Schedule
Competitive wage + after-hours premiums
90-day probation
On-call rotation with variable hours (days/nights/weekends)
