St. John Council for Ontario (SJCO) is a voluntary agency dedicated to improving the health, safety and quality of life of Canadians through training and community service. We are currently seeking a confident, energetic Customer Service Representative to join our Kingston location.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a skilled and courteous manner
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status
Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Reconcile payment information appropriately and maintain accurate records in Microsoft 365 database.

Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of office administration/customer service experience




Strong phone handling skills and active listening skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications specifically, Microsoft Office D365 software
Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

OTHER:

-The successful candidate will be required to work on-site; this is not a remote position
