Debt Guardian Services Inc. is looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to help grow our client base through cold calling, prospecting and lead generation.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, and motivated by commission-based earnings.

Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to Canadian businesses
Generate recent leads and business opportunities
Introduce DGS's debt collection and accounts receivable services
Connect with business owners, finance managers and other decision-makers
Follow up with prospective clients by phone and email
Schedule meetings with interested prospects
Maintain records of leads and follow-ups
Build and maintain solid client relationships

Requirements




Cold calling, telemarketing or B2B sales experience preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident and qualified telephone manner
Self-motivated and results-driven
Comfortable working independently
Experience in collections, financial services or B2B services is an asset

Compensation This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential.

Commission structure and payment terms will be discussed with selected candidates.
