Bagel Barn is looking for a reliable, experienced Kitchen & Food Prep Team Member to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on, early-morning position responsible for preparing our fresh bagels, house-made cream cheeses and other food items for the day.

Commercial baking experience is welcome, but not required. We are also interested in candidates with restaurant, kitchen, prep cook or food-production experience who are comfortable following recipes and learning our bagel-making process.

Early morning availability is essential. Shifts typically begin between 5:00 and 6:00 a.m.

Responsibilities
Prepare, form and bake fresh bagels
Mix and prepare dough according to established recipes
Prepare our house-made cream cheeses and spreads
Complete daily food prep and production
Follow recipes and portion standards to maintain consistency
Maintain a clean, organized and food-safe work area
Monitor ingredients and communicate inventory needs
Assist with other kitchen and production duties as required

Qualifications
Previous restaurant, kitchen, prep cook,



bakery or food-production experience
Comfortable working with kitchen equipment and following recipes
Reliable and punctual, particularly for early-morning shifts
Able to work independently and stay organized
Solid attention to quality and consistency
Food Handler Certification is an asset
Must be available to start shifts between 5:00 and 6:00 a.m.
