Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care by developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote overall well-being. Responsibilities
Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations and medical history reviews
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and recovery goals
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate healing and improve function
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and home exercise programs
Collaborate with physicians, nurses,
and other healthcare specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations
Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy techniques and participate in ongoing professional development
Experience
Prior experience working in a pediatric setting is highly preferred
Experience in pediatric care environments is advantageous for managing complex cases
Pediatric experience is a plus for working with children requiring specialized physiotherapy services
Strong background in patient care with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice is essential for accurate documentation and effective collaboration
