Barista (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Pay: $16.75 –$17.00/hour Location: In person

The Role

As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience: crafting quality beverages, supporting food service, and creating an setting that feels both efficient and welcoming.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys multitasking, and brings a calm, friendly energy to everything they do.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and care
Take orders and process payments using our POS system (Micros experience is a bonus)
Create a warm and engaging experience for every customer—from greeting to handoff
Maintain a clean, organized workspace (bar, seating area, equipment)
Support food preparation and ensure all food safety standards are met
Handle cash accurately and confidently




Work collaboratively with your team to keep service smooth during busy periods
Stay attentive to the small details that elevate customer experience
Create to the team workplace in a positive manner

What We’re Looking For
A people-first mindset—you enjoy connecting with others
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, while also able to take initiative independently
Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
Understanding of (or willingness to learn) food safety practices
Previous barista or food service experience is an asset—but not required
