Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance activities, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating cleaning and custodial tasks. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently to maintain a clean, secure, and well-functioning workplace.

Duties
Supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance, including minor repairs and preventive upkeep
Develop work schedules to optimize productivity while adhering to safety protocols
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or custodial management
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic repair equipment
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
Demonstrated ability in time management to prioritize tasks effectively
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform manual tasks as required
Excellent communication skills to facilitate teamwork and ensure safety compliance

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
