Duties
Deliver customized massage therapy treatments based on client needs and health conditions
Assess clients’ physical condition and discuss their wellness goals to develop effective treatment plans
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate self-care practices
Ensure all treatments adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation protocols
Communicate clearly with clients about their comfort levels and any adjustments needed during sessions




Stay informed about the latest massage techniques and industry best practices to continuously enhance your skills

Skills
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to human anatomy and physiology
Excellent customer service skills to create a positive, welcoming experience for clients
Effective communication skills for explaining treatment procedures and listening attentively to client concerns
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a busy workplace
Flexibility to adapt treatments based on individual client needs and preferences
Certification as a Registered Massage Therapist from an accredited program is required
Prior experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $88,500.00-$102,000.00 per year
