Hensall Co-op is seeking a reliable individual to become integral members of our team! This position is seasonal, working out of the Brussels location starting ASAP and finishing at the end of November 2026.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service for incoming and outgoing loads of agricultural product by weighing, loading, and unloading product
Maintain accurate records of product movement and ensure proper documentation is completed for each load
Assist with operations of fertilizer blending and storage facilities
Perform general housekeeping to ensure yard is kept clean and secure at all times
Job duties will vary depending upon seasonal demands.

Job Requirements:
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills




Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced workplace
Dependable with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team
Robust attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to lift 50lbs and climb up to 100ft
Willingness to work afternoon shift

Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in an agricultural setting is an asset
Valid G Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract (preferred)
