Spectrum Cleaning Group is looking for a hands-0n Assistant Supervisor/ Working Lead to join our growing team.
This is a working Leadership position. You will work alongside our crews while helping with quality control, training and daily operations.
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning services alongside crews
Conduct quality control inspections
Lead and motivate team members to meet productivity goals while maintaining high safety standards.
Train and support team members.
Lead crews when required
Assist with vehicle inspections and fleet management.
Act as backup to supervisor when required.

Requirements
Valid class 5 Driver's license.
Clean Driving record
Must be able to drive company vehicle between job sites
Reliable and Punctual
Very solid attention to detail
Leadership qualities and positive attitude
Cleaning experience preferred.
Supervisory experience is an asset.
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
