Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and tailored tutoring sessions to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
Assess students’ strengths and areas for improvement to create customized learning plans
Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes confidence and curiosity
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators to track progress and address concerns
Utilize various teaching methods and educational resources to enhance understanding of core subjects such as math, science, language arts, and social studies
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress,
and session outcomes
Adapt tutoring approaches based on individual student needs and learning styles
Experience
Prior tutoring or teaching experience working with children or adolescents is required
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
Experience working within classroom settings or educational environments is advantageous
Passion for education and helping students succeed through motivating and supportive interactions
Ability to manage multiple sessions efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
