AVSS is an aerospace company and is the world leader in guided and unguided parachute recovery systems for commercial drones. AVSS also develops robotic components and solutions.

AVSS is hiring a detail-oriented and reliable full time Human Resource Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding documentation, and workplace initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties
Assist with candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
Coordinate recent employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Support employee relations and respond to HR-related questions.
Assist with attendance, time-off, and employee documentation.
Support payroll and advantages administration.
Assist with company policies, procedures, and HR initiatives.




Ensure HR information is handled professionally and confidentially.
Provide administrative support to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills

Need to have:
Previous experience in Human Resources, administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
HR education, certification, or relevant experience is a requirement.

Versatile language requirement:
French not required

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
