Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and resolving issues efficiently.
Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our systems.
Engage in active analysis of customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base, demonstrating bilingual proficiency.




Practice excellent phone etiquette and maintain a positive attitude during all interactions.
Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or related roles with solid communication skills.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
Demonstrated data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analysis skills to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
Knowledge of sales techniques including upselling strategies.
Excellent phone etiquette and skilled demeanor.
Ability to multitask effectively in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service.

Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 44.0 per week
