POSITION OVERVIEW : Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead with robust expertise in AWS, C#/.NET, and Python to lead the development team, drive technical delivery, and build scalable cloud-native applications and integrations. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable coding, solutioning, mentoring developers, and leading technical execution

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers.
Drive technical design, architecture, code reviews, and best practices.
Develop and support APIs, microservices, and serverless applications on AWS.
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams.
Manage technical delivery,



resolve complex issues, and ensure quality outcomes.
Promote automation, CI/CD, and engineering excellence.
Required Skills
8+ years of software development experience.
2+ years in a Tech Lead role.
8+ years of Solid hands-on experience with:

o AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge)o C#/.NETo Pythono Git, CI/CD, Agile deliveryPreferred Skills
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
AWS Certification.
Experience with event-driven architectures and enterprise integrations.
INDH Pay: $60.00 per hour
