Duties
Manage the overall operation of the body shop, including workflow, staffing, and customer interactions
Supervise technicians and support staff to ensure timely, high-quality repairs that meet industry standards
Develop and implement efficient processes for vehicle intake, repair estimates, and quality control
Build strong relationships with customers by providing transparent communication and outstanding service
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or repairs to enhance customer satisfaction and shop revenue
Oversee cash handling procedures, invoicing, and billing accuracy




Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices to ensure a secure work environment

Requirements
Proven experience managing a dealership body shop or similar automotive repair facility
Robust mechanical knowledge with hands-on mechanic experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Demonstrated ability to upsell services while maintaining integrity and customer trust
Knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts ordering, and quality assurance standards
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Previous experience with dealership operations or automotive sales is highly desirable
