About Onward Cleaning
Onward Cleaning Services provides commercial and post-construction cleaning to businesses, property managers and general contractors across the Greater Toronto Area. We manage client relationships, scheduling and quality control, and partner with independent cleaning professionals to deliver the work.

The chance
We are building a network of reliable subcontract cleaners and small cleaning companies. Partners receive clearly scoped projects, quote their own fixed price for each job, and are paid promptly on completion.

How we work together
Onward sends a detailed scope sheet for each project, including site details, square footage, photos and the task list.
You submit a fixed-price quote.
Once the job is confirmed, you complete the work to Onward's written standards and provide photo documentation.
Payment is issued by e-transfer or cash within two weeks of job approval.





Requirements
Proven experience in commercial or post-construction cleaning
Your own professional supplies and equipment
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation within the GTA
A smartphone for photo documentation and communication
Robust attention to detail and the ability to work independently
