Job Summary

We are hiring Machine/Welding Operators for a full-time, long-term opportunity with potential for permanent employment. The successful candidate will operate welding and production equipment while meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities
Operate welding and manufacturing equipment.
Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
Inspect parts for quality and defects.
Follow weld specifications and quality standards.
Complete production checklists and documentation.
Operate an electrical pump truck.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Meet production and quality targets.
Work overtime as required.

Requirements
6–12 months manufacturing experience required.
Machine operating or welding experience preferred.
Ability to follow standardized work instructions.




Basic understanding of quality and safety procedures.
Good English communication skills.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements
Lift up to 35 lbs.
Push up to 50 lbs.
Prolonged standing and walking.
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, stoop, crawl, and climb.
Ability to operate material-handling equipment.
