Duties
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
Perform data entry and account reconciliation using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, and UltiPro
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets with precision and attention to detail
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly
Support payroll processing activities by verifying employee hours and deductions through systems like ADP or Kronos




Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparations to ensure compliance with financial regulations
Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation for audit readiness

Skills
Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, and similar platforms
Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, data entry accuracy, and account reconciliation techniques
Experience managing accounts payable and receivable workflows efficiently
Knowledge of payroll systems such as ADP or Kronos for accurate salary processing
Ability to perform detailed account analysis and budgeting tasks with precision
Excellent math skills combined with analytical thinking for financial data interpretation
Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and prepare clear financial reports
