We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Administrative Assistant to join our specialty practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a professional environment, and is committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage patient inquiries
Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment bookings
Verify insurance information and assist with insurance submissions
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Maintain patient charts and ensure accurate documentation
Communicate with referring dental offices and specialists
Support the clinical team with room turn over
Sterilization of instruments

Qualifications
Previous dental administration experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional,



compassionate, and dependable
Comfortable using computers and learning dental software
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a collaborative team

Compensation & Benefits
$22–$25 per hour, based on experience
