As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be the heart of our caregiving team. Your mission is to enhance clients’ lives while collaborating with care designers to deliver optimal care plans. This role emphasizes strong customer service skills and nursing tasks like medication administration and vital assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch customer service to clients and team members
• Review and execute care plans accurately and timely
• Administer medications and perform vital signs assessments
• Train care team members on delegated tasks
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
Requirements:
• Valid LPN license in British Columbia
• One year of nursing experience required, three preferred
• Explicit Criminal Record Check and negative TB test
• First Aid/CPR certified
• Strong English communication skills
