We are looking for a skilled, professional, and personable Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty and wellness industry, provides exceptional customer service, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for every client.

Responsibilities
Perform professional aesthetic services, including facials, waxing, and other treatments offered by the salon/spa
Conduct client consultations to understand individual needs and recommend appropriate services and products
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene at all times
Provide knowledgeable recommendations for skincare products and at-home routines
Create a comfortable, professional, and welcoming environment for clients
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
Ensure treatment rooms and work areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked
Stay up to date with current skincare, beauty, and aesthetic trends
Build robust relationships with clients and encourage repeat bookings
Follow all salon/spa policies, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations




Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive workplace setting

Qualifications
Aesthetician/Esthetician certification or relevant training
Previous experience in a salon, spa, or aesthetic environment is an asset
Strong knowledge of skincare, skin types, and skilled treatments
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Ability to work independently while also being a team player
Robust attention to detail
Passion for beauty, skincare, and helping clients feel confident
