Eagleson Veterinary Clinic is a CVO- and AAHA-accredited small animal emergency clinic in Kanata. We’re a supportive, service-oriented team providing high-quality care with compassion. Our fully equipped facility offers digital and dental x-rays, an in-house lab, ultrasound services, and much more.

We’re looking for friendly, motivated Client Care Representatives to join our amazing team!

What You’ll Do
Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and by email
Schedule appointments, manage records, and process payments
Provide accurate information about our services and products
Respond to client inquiries with empathy and professionalism
Support veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth clinic operations
Maintain detailed and accurate client communication notes

What We’re Looking For
Robust customer service, communication and multitasking skills




Computer proficiency and attention to detail
A positive, team-oriented attitude
1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)
1+ year of animal care or veterinary experience (preferred)
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
