Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Client Care Coordinator to join our physiotherapy clinic . This vital role involves managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between patients and medical staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in a physiotherapy, chiropractor or dental office setting, with a solid understanding of medical terminology and electronic medical records. Duties
Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
Manage electronic medical records with accuracy and confidentiality
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and follow-up needs
Verify insurance information and process billing as needed
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and streamline office operations
Maintain organized office files and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations




manage Account receivable and allocate the payments in system
Send invoice to insurance companies

Skills
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to healthcare settings
Prior experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
Proficiency with electronic medical records systems and office software
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Experience in office administration or customer service roles is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
