We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office by providing administrative support, managing patient interactions, and maintaining accurate records. Duties
Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and answering phone calls.
Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar efficiently.
Process patient intake forms and ensure accurate electronic medical records (EMR) entry.
Assist with billing and insurance verification processes as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their appointments, treatment plans, and office policies.
Utilize dental software such as Dentrix or Epic for patient management tasks.




Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Experience
Previous experience in a medical office or dental office setting is preferred.
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is essential.
Knowledge of medical terminology to facilitate effective communication within the healthcare workplace.
Robust administrative skills, including proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
