Responsibilities
Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products
Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales prospects
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, positive experience that encourages repeat visits
Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products, skincare items, and accessories that meet client needs




Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift to ensure smooth operations

Skills
Expertise in various nail care techniques including shaping, polishing, gel application, acrylics, and nail art
Strong communication skills to effectively listen to client needs and provide professional advice
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols in a salon environment
Ability to upsell products and services tactfully while maintaining excellent customer relationships
Experience with body waxing is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is appreciated
Retail sales skills to promote products confidently and increase revenue opportunities
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes clients feel valued and comfortable
