Overview

The Produce wholesale Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, growing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team. Working closely with procurement, operations, and logistics, this role plays a key part in maximizing revenue, strengthening customer partnerships, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Duties
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to deliver outstanding results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail, wholesale, and foodservice customers.
Identify and secure current business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
Monitor produce market trends, pricing, and customer demand to maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with procurement, operations, logistics,



and customer service to ensure exceptional execution.
Qualifications:
5+ years of sales experience within the fresh produce, food distribution, grocery, or wholesale industry.
Proven track record of growing sales and developing strong customer relationships.
Strong understanding of wholesale distribution, produce markets, pricing, and sales forecasting.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism via phone etiquette and in-person interactions to foster loyalty

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
