Duties
Greet members warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their banking experience
Handle cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, ensuring proper cash management and cashiering procedures
Assist members with account inquiries, product information, and basic troubleshooting
Promote financial products and services tailored to member needs to support their financial goals
Maintain strict adherence to security protocols during cash handling and member interactions




Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and prepare transaction reports with precision
Support team efforts by collaborating on daily tasks and ensuring a smooth branch operation
PART-TIME 8 A.M - 3:30; NO WEEKENDS

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, ideally within financial services
Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
Ability to perform TELLER duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated aptitude for identifying member needs
Basic understanding of financial services concepts
Ability to work part time hours with flexibility during branch operating times.

Pay: $18.50-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 37.5 per week
