Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and mentoring participants, fostering a positive environment, and helping individuals develop their skills, particularly in boxing and martial arts. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on participants' growth and confidence through effective teaching and leadership.

Duties
Plan and deliver engaging coaching sessions tailored to various skill levels in boxing or other sports.
Teach proper techniques, safety protocols, and best practices to participants of all ages.
Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
Ensure a secure and inclusive environment during all activities, adhering to safety standards.
Organize practice schedules, coordinate team activities, and assist with event preparations.
Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive attitude among participants.




Maintain equipment and facilities in a clean, secure, and organized manner.

Qualifications
Proven experience in teaching or coaching, preferably in swimming or related sports.
Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, safety procedures, and instructional methods.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Ability to work well with diverse groups of participants across different age ranges.
Passion for teaching, sportsmanship, and helping others achieve their goals. This position offers an enriching setting for individuals committed to fostering growth through teaching and sports coaching.

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
