Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Class 1 Truck Driver to join our team .

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight, containers, equipment, and materials to various local and regional locations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, professional, and able to work independently while maintaining good communication with dispatch and customers.

Main Duties
Operate company commercial trucks safely and efficiently
Transport freight, containers, equipment, and materials to local and regional destinations
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate daily logs and delivery documentation
Ensure loads are properly secured and transported safely
Communicate with dispatch, warehouse staff, customers, and other team members
Follow all traffic laws, transportation regulations, and company safety procedures
Report vehicle issues, delays, and maintenance requirements
Assist with loading, unloading, and freight handling when required




Assist with heavy equipment operation when required and properly trained
Maintain the cleanliness and condition of company vehicles and equipment

Required Qualifications
Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence
Clean or satisfactory driving record
Previous commercial truck driving experience
Experience in freight transportation
Positive knowledge of transportation safety regulations
Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Basic vehicle troubleshooting knowledge
Positive communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
Freight handling and load securement experience is an asset
Heavy equipment experience is an asset
Legally eligible to work in Canada
