About the role
We're looking for an experienced short order cook to run our egg station and breakfast/lunch line. If you're fast, clean and stay steady during a rush, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do
Run the egg station and short order line during peak service
Prepare omelettes, egg dishes, bagel sandwiches and Smoothies to order, quickly and consistently
Keep your station clean, organized and sanitized throughout the shift
Follow FIFO, rotate stock and flag low or aging ingredients
Work closely with the kitchen team in a high-volume environment

What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as a short order or egg/omelette cook




Handles volume without losing quality or composure
Strong food safety and sanitation habits, not just when it's slow
Reliable, punctual and a team player
Food Handler Certification an asset
