Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age
Upsell additional menu items and promote daily specials
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Monitor alcohol consumption of customers and intervene as needed
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Assist in restocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed

Skills:




Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry preferred
Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
Proficient in cash handling procedures
Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of food handling safety guidelines
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests
