Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team at Jimbo's Pub & Eatery. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Duties
Greet customers and take their orders promptly
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with their drinks and overall experience
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Basic math skills for accurately handling cash transactions




Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
