Responsibilities
Answering many phone calls
Scheduling appointment for a diverse group of physicians, Nurse Practitioner, and Counsellors
Greeting our patients and putting them at ease when they are not feeling their best
Multitasking! Your duties will involve many other aspects of medical administration




Be versatile to the fact that your duties will evolve and change with the ever-changing workplace.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is a plus
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant in a healthcare setting
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Robust verbal and written communication abilities
Computer/Tech Savvy - Experience with electronic medical records (particularly PS Suite) an asset
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Education:
Secondary School (required)

Experience:
Electronic medical records: 1 year (preferred)
Medical office experience: 1 year (preferred)
