Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen surfaces, utensils, cookware, and appliances to ensure hygiene standards are met.
Assist with the proper handling and storage of food items in accordance with safety regulations.
Support the food preparation process by ensuring all cleaning supplies and tools are available and sanitized.
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, and surrounding areas throughout shifts.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to organize storage areas and ensure efficient workflow.
Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all cleaning and food handling activities.




Contribute to waste management by sorting recyclables and disposing of trash responsibly.

Experience
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, cleaning procedures, and food safety practices is advantageous.
Experience in food service or food handling roles demonstrates a strong understanding of hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
Solid teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary operations.
Previous hotel or hospitality experience can be beneficial but is not required; enthusiasm for learning is key.
