Robust attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and interest in high-end automotive repair.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
Ability to follow precise instructions and maintain focus over long, detailed tasks.
Physically capable of lifting, standing, and moving for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities
Complete repairs on high-end and exotic vehicles,
including dent removal, panel replacement, surface prep, and refinishing prep work.
Carefully dismantle and reassemble vehicle components with a focus on fit, alignment, and finish.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in your work area.
Follow manufacturer specifications and strict quality-control standards.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and accurately.
Assess damage and support in preparing detailed and accurate repair estimates.
Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and guidelines.
Take part in ongoing technical training and development.
