Duties
Assist client with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote comfort and independence, as well as providing support for a young child (client's)
Administer medications accurately following care plans and document all medication-related activities diligently
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
Support client with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to ensure safety for both the client and yourself
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning living areas, laundry, and maintaining a hygienic environment
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans and report any changes in client condition promptly
Experience
Previous assisted living or nursing home experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with senior care protocols
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia enhances your ability to deliver specialized support
Proven caregiving experience that includes medication administration, meal preparation, and home care tasks
Robust communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting, transferring, and assisting clients with mobility challenges
Knowledge of infection control practices and basic cleaning procedures to maintain a safe setting

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
