Eagle Creek Medical Clinic is seeking a highly experienced, organized, and energetic Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our team supporting a busy physicians’ practice., so we are looking for someone who is exceptionally patient, detail-oriented, and confident in managing diverse and often demanding medical needs.

This position is available immediately. The successful candidate will have oppertunity to work min. 24 hrs which could change depending on the clinic need

Position Details
Part-time position (24 hrs/wk)
Monday–Friday (schedule may vary)

Key Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Communicating with patients (including answering phones in a professional and timely manner)
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
Performing reception and front-desk duties
Preparing and assisting with exam rooms
Managing general administrative office tasks
Processing private billings




Handling fax communications (FaxTake or similar systems)
Scanning and organizing medical documents
Triaging patients appropriately

Qualifications & Skills
Previous Medical Office Assistant (MOA) experience required
Familiarity with OSCAR EMR is an asset
Solid multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Professional and respectful when interacting with patients and healthcare professionals
Reliable, dependable, and adaptable with scheduling
Solid commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
