Your duties and responsibilities as a team member at Quesada shall include, without limitation, the following:

Job Summary:

As a team member at Quesada, your primary responsibility is to contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the establishment. You will be part of a energetic team working together to provide excellent customer service and deliver high-quality food in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a qualified manner.
Ensure a positive dining experience for customers.

Food Preparation:
Follow established recipes and cooking procedures to prepare menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food handling and preparation.
Ensure that food products meet quality standards.

Cash Handling:
Handle cash transactions accurately.
Process payments and provide correct change.
Operate cash registers or point-of-sale systems.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:
Keep work areas, dining areas, and equipment clean and organized.
Perform routine cleaning tasks as assigned.
Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.

Team Collaboration:




Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Assist other team members as needed.

Compliance with Policies:
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Follow health and safety guidelines in food handling and sanitation.
Comply with food safety regulations.

Flexibility:
Be willing to cross-train and perform various roles within the restaurant.
Adapt to changes in workflow and priorities.

Requirements
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
Basic organizational skills and attention to detail
Prior experience in customer service or team-oriented roles is a plus but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
