Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook and Cashier to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong focus on food safety and quality. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, and candidates should have a solid understanding of food handling and meal preparation procedures. The position is full-time and involves working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Serve dishes promptly and efficiently during service hours
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Follow sanitation procedures to uphold health standards




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods

Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or related food industry roles
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Excellent understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Valuable communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Knowledge of serving standards and customer service principles is a plus
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays if required
