Duties
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to enhance their comfort and independence
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols to ensure safety and health
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs, promoting healthy eating habits
Support clients with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space
Provide companionship and emotional support to foster social engagement and reduce feelings of isolation
Monitor clients’ health status, observe changes, and report any concerns promptly to healthcare professionals




Assist with mobility exercises or transfers to ensure safety during movement within the home or facility

Requirements
Proven experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments demonstrating caregiving skills
Knowledge of dementia care, medication administration, and working with individuals with disabilities
Robust understanding of senior care practices with a compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to perform light cleaning tasks and meal preparation efficiently
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Valid certification as a Personal Support Worker or equivalent credential preferred
Experience working in assisted living settings or nursing homes is highly desirable
