Key Responsibilities:
Administer nursing care per physician’s orders and policies
Ensure excellent personal and nursing care delivery




Support teamwork for a positive resident setting
Maintain close communication with residents and families
Supervise Personal Support Workers on the unit

Requirements:
Must be a Registered Practical Nurse with the Ontario College of Nurses
Experience in geriatrics is beneficial
Positive judgement skills and risk identification
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
